Why Evolve?
-
At Evolve, we specialize in helping busy adults over 40 build strength, boost energy, and feel confident in their bodies - without the chaos or intimidation of a big gym.
We offer personalized coaching in a private, supportive environment with small group sizes (4:1 max), flexible scheduling, and no long-term contracts. Every client starts with a full assessment so we can tailor your program to your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level - whether you’re brand new to training or getting back into it after a break.
We don’t believe in quick fixes, crash diets, gimmicks, or one-size-fits-all workouts. Our approach is built for real people, real life, and long-term success.
-
A regular gym gives you access to equipment. At Evolve, you get access to a coach, a plan, and real accountability.
You won’t walk in wondering what to do or whether you’re doing it right. Every session is led by a professional coach, tailored to your needs, and designed to help you make progress - not just sweat. We keep our sessions small (no more than 4 clients at a time), so you get personal attention without the pressure of a crowded class.
-
Not at all. While many of our clients come to us wanting to lose fat, others are here to get stronger, improve mobility, increase energy, or simply feel better in their body again.

-
No. If you are out of shape, we will start with a program built around your fitness level, that will challenge you but not crush you.
-
We make getting started simple and personalized. It begins with a quick 15-minute phone call to learn more about your goals, challenges, and whether we’re the right fit for you.
If it feels like a match, we’ll schedule an in-person assessment where we review your health history, walk through a movement screen, and go over your program options. This helps us build a plan that’s tailored to your body, lifestyle, and experience level.
From there, we’ll help you choose a schedule, get you booked into your first sessions, and support you every step of the way — no guesswork, no pressure.
-
Not quite. While those programs are great for some people, our approach is different. We focus on long-term progress, safety, and personalization — especially for adults over 40.
At Evolve, every workout is tailored to your individual needs. We emphasize proper form, smart strength training, and sustainable conditioning. You won’t find high-impact movements, extreme intensity, or a competitive atmosphere here.
You’ll still work hard, but in a way that supports your body, protects your joints, and delivers results that last.
Beyond that, you’ll also find much smaller group sizes, meaning more individual attention for you.
-
You're not alone! A lot of our clients felt the same way before they started. That’s exactly why we’ve created an environment that’s private, welcoming, and completely judgment-free.
We don’t have rows of people watching you work out. Our sessions are small (4 people max) and led by coaches who genuinely care about your success, not your starting point. Everyone here is on their own journey, and many are just like you - busy adults getting back into fitness after a long break.
If you still don’t like the idea of working out around others, we have options for 1-on-1 training as well!
Training Experience & Results
-
That depends on your goals and consistency, but most of our clients start noticing changes in the first 4–6 weeks - things like better energy, improved mood, less joint pain, and clothes fitting more comfortably.
Over the first 2–3 months, many people lose inches, gain strength, and feel more in control of their habits and routines. Around the 3–6 month mark is where the deeper, lasting changes happen - fat loss, visible muscle tone, and a stronger, more confident body.
Our goal isn’t just quick fixes. It’s to help you build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that supports you for years to come.
-
It’s normal to feel a little sore when you start something new, especially if you haven’t worked out in a while. That soreness is usually a sign your body is adapting, not that something is wrong.
That said, our goal isn’t to crush you. We ease you in gradually, using proper technique, smart progressions, and movements that respect your current fitness level. You’ll never be pushed beyond what’s safe or productive.
A little soreness is expected at first, but pain is not — and we always coach with that difference in mind.
-
It starts with your assessment. We look at your health history, movement patterns, fitness level, and specific goals. From there, we design a program that works for your body, not a generic template.
If you have injuries, joint issues, or mobility limitations, we adapt exercises so they’re safe and effective for you. If your goal is fat loss, strength, better mobility, or all of the above, we adjust the training and progression to match.
As you improve, your program evolves with you, ensuring you keep making progress without risking injury.
-
We offer both. Many of our clients start with small-group personal training because it’s more affordable than 1-on-1 and still provides plenty of individual attention — our groups are never more than 4 people.
If you prefer a completely private experience or have very specific needs, we also offer 1-on-1 training. Either way, your program is personalized, your coach knows your goals, and every workout is guided from start to finish.
-
Our small-group personal training sessions are capped at 4 clients per trainer. That size allows us to keep the energy and camaraderie of training with others while still giving you plenty of one-on-one coaching.
Your coach will know your goals, track your progress, and adjust your exercises during every session. You’ll never feel lost in the crowd or like you’re just following along - you’ll always have guidance tailored to you.
-
You’ll work with a small, consistent team of coaches who all know your program, progress, and goals. That means you’ll always get personalized guidance, even if your schedule means training with different coaches at times.
We communicate daily as a team to make sure every coach knows where you’re at, what you’re working on, and any adjustments you might need. You’ll always feel known, supported, and guided - never like “just another member.”
-
Most quick-fix programs focus on burning calories fast or cutting food to extremes. That might work for a few weeks, but it’s not sustainable - and it often leaves you feeling drained, frustrated, and back at square one.
At Evolve, we take a different approach. We combine strength training, realistic nutrition coaching, and consistent accountability so you can build a healthier body and lifestyle that lasts. Instead of chasing short-term results, we help you create habits you can stick with for years.
It’s not about doing more - it’s about doing the right things for your body, at the right pace, with the right support.
Membership & Policies
-
We keep our memberships simple and flexible.
You choose the number of weekly training sessions that fits your schedule and goals (1-3x/wk), and we reserve those times for you.
Sessions are either small-group personal training (max 4 people) or 1-on-1, depending on your preference.
All memberships includea custom training program, in-person coaching, ongoing help with nutrition & accountability outside the gym.
We also check in regularly on your progress and make adjustments to keep you moving forward.
There are no long-term contracts, and you can adjust your schedule if life changes — we’re here to make fitness fit your life, not the other way around.
-
Yes. We believe training and nutrition work best together, so every client receives nutrition coaching as part of their program.
Our approach is realistic and sustainable - no fad diets or extreme restrictions. We’ll help you understand how to fuel your body for energy, strength, and fat loss, and we’ll guide you in making small changes that fit your lifestyle.
If you want more structure, we can also provide meal ideas, simple recipes, and strategies for eating well at home, on the go, or with your family.
-
No. We don’t believe in locking people into long-term contracts. Our memberships are month-to-month, so you have the flexibility to adjust or pause if your schedule or needs change.
We want you to stay because you’re getting results and enjoying the experience - not because you’re stuck in a contract.
-
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, just give us a little notice so we can adjust your spot.
We offer flexible scheduling options, and you can often make up missed sessions within the same week or two. Our goal is to help you stay consistent without adding stress to your busy life.
-
