Membership & Services

What kind of training options do you have?

We offer 1-on-1 personal training and small-group (4-on-1) personal training. By keeping group sizes small, we can offer a more personalized approach to the training, as well as providing more coaching support when it comes to diet, habit-change, etc. That way, you never feel like you’re alone on this journey!

What style of training would I be doing?

We focus primarily on functional strength training and conditioning. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and cables, along with some different conditioning tools like sleds, medicine balls, assault bikes, etc. While there is some cardio involved, that isn’t the main focus. Instead, we focus on getting as strong as possible in as many different positions as possible. The result is a bullet proof body that allows you to do the things you love to do in life and feel 10 years younger.

What if I am out of shape?

We always start you out on a personalized program, customized to your fitness and skill level. Our goal is to make starting a fitness plan feel seamless and easy. We can also accommodate people with special considerations, or those with zero strength training experience.

Do you offer any assistance with nutrition or any other services?

When you become a member at Evolve, we provide you with an action plan as well as access to a trove of nutrition resources, programming for outside of the gym, and more. More importantly, you will have a coach by your side throughout this whole process, to ensure that you stick to the action plan and find success.

What is the difference between 1-on-1 and 4-on-1 Training?

The main difference between these two services is the level of individualized attention and education you get. 1-on-1 training is best for people that are looking for an entirely custom approach to their fitness. Most people tend to transition to 4-on-1 training once they get the hang of things due to the fact that it’s a little more fun to work out with others and it’s also more economical for most people

How much does it cost?

Since this is a customized fitness plan, costs will vary slightly person to person, depending on how much programming and accountability you need. Generally speaking, 4-on-1 training plans will start at $100/wk and 1-on-1 training plans will start at $140/wk. That includes in-person training 2x/wk, remote programming for any other workout days that you need, nutrition coaching/meal planning, and accountability outside of the gym.

How long do I have to commit?

There are no long-term contracts at Evolve. You pay month to month and can quit at any time. The average member stays for about 22 months, but many of our clients have been with us for 3+ years.

How long does it take to see results?

This is not a quick-fix type of program. Instead, we focus on building sustainable results, which often takes more time. For weight loss, our top performers tend to lose 10-15lbs in the first six weeks and up to 30lbs in the first 9 months. Most clients report feeling stronger with fewer aches and pains within the first 90 days. Those that stick around for at least a year report a total mindset shift in the way they view themselves and their body. We’ve had clients totally change their lives, lose 50+ lbs, find the love of their life, etc. This is more than just a fitness program, but a total transformation program. The results you get will be based on how much you commit.

How do I get started?

The first step is to book your free consultation where you will sit down with a coach and talk about health history, nutrition habits, and goals. They will also take you through a simple movement assessment that will help us determine the best program for you to start out on. Based on that information, we can start to sketch out the program details and decide together what works best for you.
