Small Group Training

Do you need a more specific program, but still enjoy the atmosphere of training with other like-minded individuals? With our small group training memberships, you can reap the benefits of a plan that’s customized to your goals, while also joining a fun, upbeat class of people striving for the same thing. All at half the price of 1-on-1 training! No more than 4 people per group.

About the Owner

Evolve was launched by Mahony Brogan in 2021, with a very specific purpose in mind - to serve those people who are tired of group exercise classes and big box gyms where they are just another face in the crowd. While there are plenty of gyms out there, few place such a premium on individualized programming and coaching. At Evolve, you can be certain that everything you do here is specifically tailored to keep you healthy and get you closer to your goals!
