What is Evolve Personal Training?
Evolve is a 1,600 sq ft private personal training facility located at 96th & Gray, near Carmel and Fishers . We take a hybrid approach to training that integrates elements of traditional strength training, functional training, corrective exercise and HIIT.
The result is programming that (1) protects against injury, (2) gets you stronger than ever, and (3) boosts your metabolism for the long-term. The clients we serve best are:
Athletes looking to prevent or rehab from injuries and improve strength, power, and speed for their sport
Post-rehab clients looking to improve functional strength and mobility after rehabbing an injury

Our Process:
Assess.
Our process always begins with an assessment, where I look at things like mobility, stability, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. More importantly, it gives me an opportunity to learn about you and your needs, along with the obstacles you’re facing.
Correct.
Based on the findings during your assessment, I will come up with a plan to help correct any imbalances or weaknesses in your movement, and also a plan to help you make changes in your lifestyle or behavior that will lead to success.
Re-Build.
Once we have a solid foundation of physical resiliency and functional strength, we can introduce more advanced strategies and challenge the body in a way that elicits positive adaptations.
