At Evolve Personal Training in Indianapolis, the Burn & Build Program helps women over 40 lose fat, tone up, and reignite their metabolism – without the burnout of traditional fitness plans. We start with a full assessment to understand your body, goals, and lifestyle. From there, your coach designs a custom training and nutrition plan that focuses on building muscle to burn fat , restoring your energy, and helping you feel confident in your own skin again. You’ll train 2–3 times per week in a supportive, coach-led environment with women just like you. Each session combines strength training, mobility, and conditioning to help you move better, feel stronger, and look leaner – all while building a metabolism that actually works for you, not against you. With personalized nutrition coaching and consistent accountability, you’ll break free from the “eat less, move more” cycle – and finally see lasting results that fit your real life.
